Our founder, John Exelby began his career as a sign designer/draughtsman at Moderneon Signs & progressing through Hawes Signs, Willings Signs & P&E Signs before establishing XLB in 1985. John’s brother Darren joined shortly afterwards forming the foundation of the successful company we are today. With many years experience within the sign industry we are able to meet any signage requirements we are asked to deliver.
